The ministry goal of CALEB is based on Colossians 2:2:
My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely Christ.

- Build each other up as we face the future
- Provide bonds of Christian fellowship and support

- Minister to all adults, providing a tangible network of love and support
- Support each other as we face today's challenges of living
Have full riches of complete understanding ...
- Minister the gospel and provide spiritual training so individuals can grow and stay strong in his/her Christian faith
- Demonstrate how the Gospel of Christ is relevant to the world today
- Train individuals to reach out to others with the Good News of the Gospel
That they may know Christ.
- The ministry goal is to build older adults who are disciples, maturing into strong Christians, who will fruitfully follow Christ in every area of their lives, and be an example to others.
