Guitar 3
This class is open to students who have completed two years of guitar and have demonstrated the proficiency requirements necessary to advance to Guitar 3. Students will build on skills learned in Guitar 2 and adds beginning finger-picking and improvisation techniques. All guitar students must participate in a Skill Day audition where they demonstrate their skill to FAITH Center faculty. Each student must provide his or her own instrument. Guitar 3 students must participate in the Christmas Concert and the Spring Concert and are expected to practice a minimum of 30 minutes per day to prepare for each weekly lesson. Maximum class size for Guitar 3 is six students. Additional classes will be scheduled based on instructor availability.
