Men's Discipleship Ministries (MDM) is dedicated to developing Christlike character, servant/leadership and mission and committed to the process of multiplication through discipleship.
MDM exists to glorify God by developing men to be devoted followers of Jesus Christ who intentionally reflect:
Christlike character by:
- Stimulating within men a hunger for a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, God's Word, fellowship and worship
- Helping men develop sound skills in studying, understanding and applying God's Word, focusing on His transforming their personal lives
- Providing opportunities for men to build meaningful relationships with like-minded men
Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 2:4,5)
Christlike servant/leadership by:
- Helping men to learn and live out their roles and responsibilities as godly sons, husbands and fathers in their families
- Helping men to determine, develop and use their God given spiritual gifts, natural abilities, passions and personalities in our church community
From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. (Ephesians 4:16)
Christlike mission by:
- Helping men to develop willing minds and hearts to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and to build believers in Christ
- In their families
- In their neighborhoods
- In the workplace
- In their community
- In the world
- Sending men to multiply Christ throughout the world
