WOMEN'S SPRING BRUNCH 2008

wm spring brunch

April 12, 2008

We had a great time eating and making bins of kitchen supplies for the needy,
and eating and playing a game or two,
and eating and listening as we learned how
to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

****Favorite Recipe****

CHICKEN SALAD CUPS

1 Rotisserie Chicken--remove meat and cut into small pieces
2/3 Cups celery, finely chopped
1/2 Cup mayonnaise or salda dressing
2 medium green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 packages Pillsbury Grand Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees

1.  Lightly grease bottom and sides of each muffin cup (24 cups)
2.  Press each biscuit to cover bottom and side of muffin cup
3.  Spoon chicken mixture into biscuit cups.
4.  Bake about 15 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown.
5.  Sprinkle with cheese.
6.  Put back into oven to melt cheese, and then
7.  ENJOY!
