- Favorite Food: French fries with mozzarella cheese and gravy (fries must be WELL-DONE...this is very important, or else you wind up with a big, gloppy pile of mush.the diner industry seems to be working against me in this.apparently "well-done and crispy" in diner language means "raw and limp"..man, it's hard to get a good batch these day.)
- Favorite Movie: "It's a Wonderful Life" and "The Little Princess" with Shirley Temple.
- Pastime/Hobby: challenging crossword puzzles
- Favorite Sayings: "Whoopee!!" & "Right On"
- Favorite Band/Artist: Fernando Ortega and Jennifer Knapp. For fun music, I like Five Iron Frenzy.
- Pet Peeves: Sci-Fi (seeing it, talking about it, hearing 2 hour long conversations about it, etc.), being cold, chunky spaghetti sauce (anyone remember that commercial: Prego vs. Ragu? I always voted for Ragu.nice and runny)
- Little Known Facts: I used to very small for my age.when I was a freshman in HS, people couldn't resist picking me up to try to bench press me or throw me like a ball. Thank God for growth spurts, or I could be hanging in some basketball net at this very moment.
- Favorite TV Show: Jeopardy.I love trivia.
- Where/When I was Saved: Sept. 1998 in my friend Jen's car at 2 in the morning!
- Life Verse: I have two! Psalm 121:1-3..."I lift my eyes up to the hills, where does my strength come from? It comes from the Lord, the maker of the heaven and the earth. He who lets not my foot slip, does not slumber"... Also, Matthew 5:14.."You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden."
- Favorite Person in the Bible: Of course Jesus Christ is my favorite! Although, someone else who has always struck me, is Simeon from the book of Luke. I just love how he swept Jesus (as a child) lovingly up into his arms! Imagine holding God in your very own arms!
